By making a booking or using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings and Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Trip Holidays Planner.
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment specified at the time of booking and written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) from our team.
- Guests must provide accurate traveller details (names as per government ID, ages, contact information). Trip Holidays Planner is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect details supplied by the guest.
2. Payments
- Package prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- An advance payment is required to confirm a booking; the balance must be paid as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking, and in all cases before the start of the tour unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Prices are subject to change until full payment is received, in case of changes in taxes, fuel surcharges, or supplier rates beyond our control.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing (email or WhatsApp).
- Cancellation charges depend on the package, travel dates, and supplier policies (hotels, airlines, transport operators) and will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Certain components such as flight tickets, train tickets, permits, and peak-season hotel bookings may be fully non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
4. Changes by the Guest or by Us
- Date changes, hotel changes, or itinerary modifications requested by the guest are subject to availability and may involve additional costs.
- Trip Holidays Planner reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always endeavour to provide comparable alternatives.
5. Travel Documents and Requirements
- Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification and, for international travel, a valid passport, visa, and any required health documentation.
- Visa assistance provided by us is a facilitation service only; the grant of a visa is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or authority, and fees paid to authorities are non-refundable.
6. Health, Safety and Liability
- Guests should assess their own fitness for activities such as trekking, high-altitude travel (including Char Dham and Himalayan routes), and adventure sports, and are advised to obtain travel insurance.
- Trip Holidays Planner acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other suppliers. While we select our partners with care, we are not liable for acts, omissions, delays, or deficiencies of these independent suppliers, or for loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest to Trip Holidays Planner for the affected service.

Content on this website (itineraries, prices, images, descriptions) is provided in good faith and may be updated at any time. All content is the property of Trip Holidays Planner and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected during booking is used only to deliver the services requested and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
