Mahakaleshwar Yatra: A Soulful Expedition

Day 01 :
Arrival at Indore & move to Ujjain

Arrival at Indore and move to Ujjain proceed to offer prayer at Mahakaleshwar Temple. Post darshan visit Lord Kal Bhairava, one of the eight attendants of Lord Shiva, and the guardian deity of the city. Mangalnath Mandir, Chinatman Ganesh, Gopal Mandir, Harsiddhi Mata Temple, ISKCON temple, Jantar Mantar. Both Indian and foreign travelers consider it one of the most important destinations. It is also India’s one of the five places where you can visit Jantar Mantar. Later in the evening attend Kshipra Arti at Ram Ghat Ujjain. Overnight stay at Ujjain.
Tip: Go early to bed, so that guests can attend Bhasma aarti in the morning.

Day 02 :
Ujjain Bhasma Arti

Attend Bhasma at 4:00 am which will take 5 to 6 hours. Later moved to visit Mandu.
Mandu is a tribute to the love shared between the poet-prince Baz Bahadur and his beautiful consort, Rani Roopmati. The balladeers of Malwa still sing of their euphoric romance. This city is full of heritage sites like Rani Roopmati Pavilion, Hoshang Shah's tomb, Baz Bahadur Palace that makes it one of the popular tourist attractions in Madhya Pradesh.Maheshwar, in between for Sightseeing. Continue to move Maheshwar for Night Stay.

Day 03 :
Maheshwar Excursion

This day roams around Maheshwar, situated on the banks of the River Narmada, Maheshwar is significant for its many temples, bathing ghats and the exquisitely woven 'Maheshwari' sarees. In second half move to Indore. In the second half, continue to visit Indore city eg; Lalbagh Palace, Khajrana Mandir, Chhappan Dukan and night stay in a Hotel.

Day 04 :
Indore to Sanchi

After breakfast, leave for Sanchi. Sanchi is known for its stupas, monasteries, temples and pillars dating from the 3rd century B.C. to the 12th century A.D. The Sanchi Stupa, the best known, was originally built by the Mauryan Emperor Ashoka. In the second half of the day, leave for Bhopal , the city of Lakes. Evening time spent in local sightseeing eg; Van Vihar, Tribal Museum, Boat Club and night stay in a hotel.

Day 05 :
Bhopal local sightseeing & departure.

After breakfast check out from the hotel and again go for local sightseeing in Bhopal (as per the available time) eg ; Kathotiya eco jungle camp, Bhojpur temple. Later move to Airport/Railway station for departure.
