Itinerary
Arrive at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, where our representative will assist with your transfer to the hotel. After check-in, visit the holy Kamakhya Temple, one of India’s most significant Shakti Peeths. Later, explore Umananda Temple and Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful Brahmaputra River Cruise (optional). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Guwahati.
After breakfast, drive to Kaziranga National Park, home of the world-famous one-horned rhinoceros. Upon arrival, check in to the resort. Spend the evening exploring the lush Assam Tea Gardens or a nearby tribal village. Dinner and overnight stay at Kaziranga.
Early in the morning, enjoy an Elephant Safari followed by a Jeep Safari to explore the park’s rich wildlife. After breakfast, proceed to Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya. En route, stop at the picturesque Umiam Lake (Barapani). On arrival, check in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Shillong.
After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunji, known for its breathtaking natural beauty. Visit Nohkalikai Falls, Mawsmai Cave, Seven Sisters Falls, and Eco Park. Enjoy the cool misty atmosphere and lush green hills before returning to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay at Cherrapunji.
After breakfast, drive to Mawlynnong, the cleanest village in Asia. Visit the Balancing Rock, Sky View Point, and Living Root Bridge at Riwai Village. Later, continue to Dawki, located on the India–Bangladesh border, and enjoy a mesmerizing boat ride on the crystal-clear Umngot River. Return to Shillong by evening for dinner and overnight stay.
